Whats with the FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed in the continental USA. This deal will always use the cheapest possible transportation and carrier may vary depending on the time of year. We do offer other methods of shipping if you would like to receive your product sooner.

How quickly do you ship products?

We ship all of our products within 24 hours of when you place your order. If your order is placed before 12:00pm CST, it will normally ship the same day.

We currently do not ship on Saturdays.

Our company is based in the United States and all of our products ship from our warehouse in Stafford, Texas

What is your policy on returns?

We have a 30 day return policy for defective items, if you recieve your product and see that it is defective, please contact support and we will  help by troubleshooting the product. If we deem the product defective we will email you a return shipping label and ship a replacement as soon as the product is received .

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  Non-defective items being returned will be accompanied with a 15% restocking fee.

We will pay return shipping on defective products!
